• Manage and evolve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) • Ensure the CMDB supports critical workflows such as incidents, changes, assets, and monitoring • Monitor operations and identify bottlenecks in ITSM processes • Drive continuous improvements and process optimization • Define and maintain data quality rules and lifecycle policies • Manage CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle • Create dashboards and CMDB health and integrity reports • Define and track KPIs for quality, compliance, and service impact • Establish governance standards and data certification processes • Lead stakeholder meetings and deliver executive presentations

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, especially in the following modules:
  • ITSM
  • CMDB
  • ITOM
  • Discovery
  • CSDM
  • Experience with data governance and CMDB data quality
  • Experience with asset management (HAM Pro, SAM Pro is a plus)
  • Strong track record defining KPIs and quality metrics
  • Advanced English (required)
  • Spanish (a plus)
