Increasing revenue associated with the capability and aligned offerings is key to the success of this role. Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance. Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems. Key responsibilities: - Capability Strategy & Development. Define the vision, framework, and roadmap for the capability and offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and business needs. - Research, Thought Leadership & Innovation. Create methodologies, toolkits, and accelerators. Lead or contribute to white papers, case studies, and knowledge assets. - Talent Development & Coaching. Identify skill gaps, train and mentor consultants on its capability. Develop learning pathways and knowledge-sharing practices. - Quality Assurance & Delivery Support. Monitor proposals and project deliverables for consistency and excellence. Provide subject matter expertise on client engagements. - Collaboration & Offering Integration. Work with Market Leads to embed the capability into packaged solutions. Support cross-capability collaboration for complex projects. - #OneAdvisory – Actively contribute to the achievement of the collective Global Advisory OKRs Critical Knowledge and skills: - Deep Expertise in the Capability Area. E.g., for Change Management: stakeholder engagement, adoption frameworks, PROSCI/ADKAR, etc. - Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen. Ability to connect capability to client value and organizational outcomes. - Consulting & Facilitation. Strong communication, client engagement, and influence across stakeholders. - Leadership & Development. Inspirational leader with proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high performing teams. - Innovation & IP Development. Proficient in creating repeatable assets and driving continuous improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably in the HR Consulting industry, in change management, with a focus on HR Operating Models and HR & Payroll Technologies (such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle). - Fluent in English, written and spoken – any additional language knowledge is a plus. - Proven experience in leading large-scale HR Transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams, advising c-level and/or very senior HR Directors on their HR transformation journeys. - Analytical mindset and Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or any HR consulting industry-standard certification is a plus. Suitable candidates should have experience in HR Strategy Consulting (e.g. operating model design, change management, transformation) and/or a broad understanding of HR Technology, HRIS, change management and transformation related to HRIS implementations (ideally Workday or SuccessFactors).
