About the Role We are looking for sales-driven and customer-focused professionals to join a fast-paced automotive service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume call environment, enjoys building rapport with customers, and knows how to turn warm leads into confirmed appointments. This is not cold calling. You will be speaking with warm leads and existing customers, helping them understand their service needs, schedule appointments, and identify additional services that may benefit them. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, typically 75–100 calls per day - Convert customer conversations into confirmed vehicle service appointments - Meet or exceed KPIs related to conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue performance - Recommend additional repairs, maintenance services, and service upgrades based on customer needs - Provide a high-quality, customer-first experience in every interaction - Clearly communicate service options, timelines, and pricing information - Use CRM tools to manage leads, schedule appointments, and document customer interactions accurately - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong follow-through Qualifications - Previous experience in Sales Development, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Customer Service - Automotive experience is a plus, but not required - Proven ability to manage high call volumes - Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers - Skilled in consultative selling and closing without being overly aggressive - Experience meeting or exceeding sales and service KPIs - Comfortable using CRM systems and managing customer information accurately - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Typing speed of 40+ WPM - Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment What We’re Looking For - Strong communication and active listening skills - A customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach - Confidence in building trust and guiding conversations toward action - Accountability, consistency, and goal orientation - Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. - Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate. - Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies. - Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services. - Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems. - Arranges demonstration of products by field sales representatives. - Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing ongoing sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up. • Achieves quarterly and annual lead generation goals as outlined in sales incentive comp plan • Leverage Social Selling techniques and tools to reach clients through digital channels sharing information including Labcorp services, web conferences, industry meetings, SME news, etc. • Develops sales cadence to achieve objectives and sales plan; creates and follows up on leads • Collaborates in joint targeting with aligned sales Business Development Directors and dedicates prospecting effort in targeted territory to help fill sales funnel • Sells the business unit’s capabilities and differentiation frameworks (by phone, web meetings, conference, etc.) • Maintains frequent email and phone contact with clients to grow and expand business relationships
