Cumplir los horarios de disponibilidad definidos para la atención, coordinando con los roles de supervisión ante alguna urgencia o necesidad de ausencia. Obtener el conocimiento necesario de los productos, procesos y servicios requeridos para brindar una atención de calidad a los clientes Cumplir con los registros de atención en las herramientas designadas en tiempo y calidad, facilitando la generación de información para la mejora continua del canal. Así como el envío a la encuesta de satisfacción al culminar la atención Asistir a las reuniones del Modelo de Dirección para el seguimiento y planificación de objetivos, sesiones de retrospectiva, formaciones y refuerzos programados, y participar activamente en ellas. Así como seguir los lineamientos definidos en los protocolos del Modelo de Atención, Gestión y Dirección Mantener informado a los roles de supervisión sobre el estado de la cola de atención, generación de incidencias u otros problemas que puedan afectar el nivel de servicio y atención Buscar contener los reclamos de los clientes en lo posible, caso contrario apoyarlos en el ingreso del mismo. Así mismo, apoyarse de su supervisor en los casos no se pueda pueda contener a un cliente y se requiere escalar a un siguiente nivel Contactar al cliente de manera proactiva para ofrecerle a través de una llamada productos digitales y/o aprobados por Riesgos Dar feedback, reservar y liberar las ofertas aprobadas ofrecidas a los clientes en caso el cliente desista de tomarlas, de manera que retroalimentan la calidad de las mismas. Evaluar y analizar las operaciones crediticias y elevarlas a los niveles correspondientes y subsanar observaciones en la documentación hasta lograr la aprobación. Abordar y vender ofertas comerciales de Seguros a clientes desde los aplicativos usados por los gestores remotos, los cuales deben tener aprobadas funciones de acuerdo a la Matriz TXT.
