Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: 4+ years in social growth, performance, or content marketing, with a track record of scaling engagement and pipeline for technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
- Infrastructure Literacy: You can translate complex infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with DevOps leaders and platform engineers.
- Platform Mastery: You have an opinionated view on how to win on LinkedIn and other targeted channels. You understand how to navigate sentiment on platforms like Reddit and Hacker News.
- Analytical Rigor: You measure success by quantifiable achievements—not just likes and shares. You use data to prove ROI and aren't afraid to pivot when an experiment fails.
- AI-Native Workflow: You naturally integrate AI tools to automate routine distribution tasks, brainstorm creative copy at scale, and keep a lean team punching above its weight class.

What you’ll do Data Science Managers at Stripe are responsible for the success of their team.
