ERP Project Manager

XTIVIA, Inc.

• Use best-in-class project management techniques to achieve project goals. • Communicate project status, client readiness, and technical issues. • Define, acquire, and allocate the budget, staff, and resources. • Monitor budgets and accurately forecast labor hours. • Utilize project management software for risk assessment and issue tracking. • Provide high-level insight to project analyses and process improvement activities. • Clearly document and present findings through project documentation. • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout consulting engagements. • Carefully coordinate client change control to align project scope and expectations.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience leading ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing project management role.
  • The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with G Suite and the Microsoft Office suite (including Visio and Project).
  • Experience using Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and solving complex problems.
