• Oversee the overall success of partner ecommerce websites within the assigned portfolio • Meet with partners regularly, manage the overall partner relationship, and execute on ad hoc requests • Influence buying, stock management, and merchandising decisions through analytics expertise • Consistently improve the customer journey and optimize the conversion rate throughout partner websites through close collaboration with the design and development teams • Maximize revenue through diligent management of the products/categories/campaigns across the partner websites • Serve as the voice of the partner internally; understand and maintain brand integrity • Lead product stakeholders to develop accurate and clear photography and copy details of each product to maximize conversion • Ensure that the website layout and content is consistent, conforms with the brand and style guidelines of our Partners/Clubs/Events, and aligns with industry best practices • Obtain necessary approvals both internally and through the necessary partners • Manage relationships with third party application providers to ensure effective utilization of tools tailored to partner websites • Monitor performance of the websites and report through development and refinement of KPIs • Manage website optimization plans, audience targeting, online use case formulation and execution • Support the performance marketing team in efforts such as PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and push; ensure that campaigns are formulated and delivered in accordance with partner objectives • Validate testing of new changes before live implementation • Support VP Int Ecom in the setting of the roadmap and delivery of new features on the ecommerce websites and creation of strategies to drive and convert traffic in order to maximize revenue against commercial targets • Challenge up by guiding evaluation and adoption of new ecommerce technologies and enhancements; experience with headless e-commerce a plus • Maintain a strong market knowledge of sector rivals and trends to influence the delivery of the best and most profitable offering on the websites • Lead change and adapt service offerings to the dynamic needs of our partners; familiarity with sports a plus • Other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the Senior Ecommerce Trading Director
Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for a newly created business POD serving Major League Baseball, soccer, women’s sports properties, and emerging new business categories. • Drive revenue growth across both existing partner relationships and new business development opportunities, with accountability for ambitious sales targets. • Identify new sellable assets, category opportunities, and integrated partnership concepts that expand the value of the portfolio. • Lead the business POD by building a strong culture, developing and acquiring talent, growing careers, and creating an environment where the team can perform at a high level and enjoy the work. • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans that help the POD scale effectively while enabling team members to build confidence, capability, and long-term careers. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, energy, and commercial excellence while coaching the team through complex opportunities, negotiations, and high-value sales moments. • Serve as the senior leader for key clients by earning trust, creating confidence, and communicating efficiently up and down each client’s organization. • Act as the lead sales executive when needed— taking the front of the room for major pitches, asking for the sale, and supporting the team in selling as often as required. • Partner with the Legends Global Partnerships President and other leaders to pursue, pitch, and win new business within the POD’s area of expertise.
Manager, Business Operations – Global Partnerships, Global Sales

• Serves as the operational backbone of both the Global Partnerships and Global Sales teams at Legends Global • Responsible for designing and embedding scalable, repeatable infrastructure that removes administrative burden from sellers • Acts as the critical conduit between executives, sellers, and centralized resources • Owns structured reporting, supports forecasting, deal modeling, finance connectivity, legal liaison, and HR onboarding workflows • Spans the full sales funnel from pre-partnership pipeline engagement through signed contracts, onboarding and ongoing invoicing and performance tracking

Domain Architect – Enterprise Business Systems
