Role Description HGL has a position open for an Environmental Project Manager II to manage projects primarily within Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 3 (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.). The Environmental Project Manager II will manage large-scale, multi-year projects for HGL’s government clients, mainly the U.S. EPA, and potentially the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Energy, and other federal and state government clients.
