• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integrations using Workday tools, including Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS/BIRT reports • Lead and execute the migration of existing integrations from iPaas-based middleware to Workday-native integration frameworks • Assess, document, and rationalize Unity's existing integration landscape to identify consolidation and optimization opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate complex business requirements into robust integration design specifications • Build and maintain integrations supporting Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendor systems (e.g., CloudPay, Workiva, Okta, Salesforce) • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration failures in production environments with minimal disruption to business operations • Define and enforce integration development standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the team • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure integrations adhere to data governance, privacy, and access control requirements • Participate in Workday release cycles, assessing impact on existing integrations and coordinating regression testing and remediation • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and sprint execution in an Agile delivery model
