• Develop and sustain world-class capabilities for HR transformation projects • Lead and manage change management initiatives • Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments • Define the vision, framework, and roadmap for capability and offerings • Create methodologies, toolkits, and accelerators • Identify skill gaps, train and mentor consultants • Monitor proposals and project deliverables for consistency • Work with Market Leads to embed the capability into solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field
- A Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably in the HR Consulting industry
- Fluent in English, written and spoken – any additional language knowledge is a plus
- Proven experience in leading large-scale HR Transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or any HR consulting industry-standard certification is a plus

Position Overview: The Health Event Coordinator is critical to the company’s success. Those in the role are part of a team that schedules over 15,000 annual screening events across the country. Typical screening locations might be a house of worship, community center, country club, fraternal organization, or hotel. In addition to following a detailed sales plan to secure the right site, on the right date, the ideal candidate will also possess sales and relationship building skills to help generate additional traffic for the screening event. This is a remote, work from home position. The territory for the role, may or may not be in the same geographic area where the employee lives. Only those with proven organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills need apply. These are must haves for success in the role. Minimum Qualifications & Skills: - Home office without distractions. Will need to provide evidence of private area in your home from which to conduct business. - Track record of successfully working from a remote location without close, in-person direction. Role Description The HR Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department by ensuring a seamless, data-informed employee and contractor experience from onboarding to offboarding. As a key member of the HR Operations team, this position is responsible for scaling HR processes, maintaining global data integrity, and providing empathetic and effective support to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency. What You'll Do - People operations and process improvement - Data integrity and auditing: - Own HR data entry and regular auditing within the HRIS (we use BambooHR) to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Compliance: - Maintain employee files in compliance with local laws and data privacy regulations. - Employee lifecycle support: - Facilitate core HR processes for a global workforce (including Employer of Record (EOR) employees), including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration across multiple regions. - Process scaling: - Identify and implement process improvements to automate manual tasks and scale HR operations for a growing global workforce. - Contractor management: - Oversee the lifecycle and compliance documentation for global independent contractor and vendor partners. - Documentation management: - Prepare employee-related documentation, including employment verification letters, internal transfers, promotion letters, and contract amendments. - Service excellence: - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries via Jira, Slack, and email, ensuring professional and timely resolution. - Global benefits and leaves administration - Benefits plan administration: - Support the administration of global employee health, dental, and retirement plans. - Leave management: - Lead the end-to-end global leave lifecycle, serving as a dedicated and empathetic partner to employees and managers from the initial request through the duration of the leave and final reintegration. - Payroll coordination: - Partner with Finance to manage the flow of payroll-impacting data (e.g. new hires, exits, leaves, and salary changes), ensuring all updates are submitted accurately and in adherence to payroll processing deadlines. - Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a People Operations role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience. - High comfort level navigating GSuite, Slack, and project management/ticketing software (Jira, etc.); hands-on experience maintaining an HRIS; experience with identifying and implementing changes and improvements to automate repetitive tasks/processes. - Understanding of the complexities involved in supporting employees across different countries and time zones. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
