Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Minimum of one (1) year of FOIA request processing experience within the last 24 months
- Ability to apply FOIA exemptions accurately and consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional responses
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database tools
- Ability to conduct effective internet and records research to support FOIA search and review activities

• Support the sub-branch that administrators, configures, and optimizes the Workday HCM system and related business processes along with the Adaptive module. • Act as a technology expert and clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across the different groups while influencing outcomes. • Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and other departments to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements. • Provide production support to functional subject matter experts (SMEs) including troubleshooting and resolving issues and guiding the business on best practices. • Document configuration changes and status of work through Workday Help. • Partner with other members of the Workday Support team to assess cross-functional impacts and to maintain the foundational data model in Workday. • Coordinate the support of HCM related integrations with the technology support team (including benefit integrations). • Help support the uptake, testing, and implementation of new features associated with Workday's semi-annual feature releases impacting HCM and security, reports, and integrations. • Support implementation of new functionality to support the functional owners including facilitating design sessions, leading configuration, coordinating testing, executing cutover, and providing post go live support. • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and adoptions to drive value to the business.
