• Support and maintain assigned services and systems • Monitor, analyze and plan upgrades • Lead and execute project tasks as assigned • Analyze and provide recommendations relating to application build and functionality

• Provide accurate and timely property evaluations to support loan origination and risk assessment • Ensure renovation budgets and pro formas align with market conditions and project scope • Play a key role in streamlining the underwriting process and supporting investor success • Use House Canary and Richer Values to evaluate underwriting reports on recently sold properties in our portfolio areas • Analyze 5–8 real estate deals and 10–20 construction draws per week • Write and edit property evaluations for up to 140 loans per month within a 24-hour turnaround • Reconcile property costs before and after rehabilitation • Confirm budget accuracy across project types: new construction, cosmetic renovations, full gut rehabs, and multifamily (5+ units) • Validate renovation estimates for current projects and prepare estimations for upcoming ones • Analyze borrower-provided pro formas for larger projects

• Support loan funding and sale operations to ensure smooth capital markets execution • Maintain accurate and up-to-date collateral and settlement documentation • Enhance team operations by proactively solving problems and ensuring data accuracy • Support the management of warehouse lending facilities for rental and bridge loans • Upload property appraisals and prepare loan tapes for collateral pledging • Monitor borrowing bases and request draws for daily loan funding • Assist in the full life cycle of loan sales, including executing rate locks and preparing settlement statements • Deliver loan files to third-party due diligence providers and resolve exceptions • Generate assignments of mortgage and allonges • Coordinate with Post-Closing to ensure delivery of physical documents to loan buyers • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external purchasers to support loan origination and sale • Perform loan-level data cleansing, review, and analysis

• Work in tax intelligence, combining technical expertise with analytical skills. • Develop advanced tax models (IBS, CBS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, PIS/COFINS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL). • Structure tax data repositories (Data Lake/Lakehouse) using SQL, DAX and Power Query. • Create executive dashboards in Power BI to monitor tax burden, risks, incentives and opportunities. • Implement predictive analytics.
