• Architect financial and operational infrastructure • Ensure data and insights are accessible to everyone • Drive cross-functional alignment • Lead an integrated portfolio spanning Finance, Business Intelligence, Risk Management, Compliance, Contracting, Quality, Data Infrastructure, Information Systems, and Technology

• Design, develop, and validate machine learning models for prediction, classification, segmentation, and optimization use cases. • Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation. • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and semi-structured data. • Ensure models are interpretable, reproducible, and aligned with business objectives. • Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models. • Deploy models into production environments using batch and real-time inference patterns. • Implement model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies. • Partner with the Senior Data Engineer to leverage and enhance data pipelines for ML readiness. • Collaborate with the Senior Data Architect to align model development with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.

• Design and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision, blueprint, and roadmap. • Design scalable, secure, and performant data models, data flows, and integration patterns across source systems, data platforms, and consumption layers. • Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for data storage, integration, and consumption across AWS and Azure cloud environments. • Own the design and evolution of Catalight's Snowflake data warehouse architecture. • Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies, tools, and platforms to continuously modernize Catalight's data ecosystem. • Partner closely with the Data Governance Manager to design and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. • Ensure data architecture design supports HIPAA compliance and other applicable healthcare data privacy and security requirements. • Champion a culture of responsible data stewardship across the organization. • Collaborate with data science and analytics stakeholders to ensure high-quality data for AI/ML use cases. • Communicate architectural vision, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines to support business intelligence and AI/ML workloads. • Build and manage ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources into centralized data platforms. • Ensure pipeline reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization. • Manage and maintain data infrastructure on AWS and Azure cloud platforms. • Develop and enforce data quality standards, validation processes, and governance best practices. • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into scalable data solutions. • Enable and support BI tools (e.g, Tableau) by providing curated data models and optimized access layers. • Collaborate with data science and analytics stakeholders to ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for model training and evaluation. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and analysts.

• Serve as the main Marketing and Communications contact for Catalight Care Services (CCS). • Manage annual updates to the CCS Provider Manual • Draft, edit, and manage provider portal communications • Create and manage CCS e-newsletter content • Lead development of the annual CCS Year in Review • Provide executive-level presentation support • Analyze and report on project metrics • Proactively ensure website content remains current • Support annual conference marketing efforts

• Managing Catalight’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube • Writing longer-form content, including articles and ghostwritten media pieces • Executing high-impact external communications strategies • Creating content for social media channels, focusing on video and microcontent • Increasing awareness of Catalight’s services and thought leadership through article writing and public relations initiatives

• Responsible for developing a care team and schedule for designated clients • Analyzing practitioner availability to build a client team • Independently managing assigned client schedules • Handling complex escalations with caregivers and clinicians • Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to meet client direct care hours • Maintain accurate documentation in client health care records

• Drive meaningful innovation and shape software solutions for children with autism and developmental disabilities • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient product development • Take ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment • Define and deliver healthcare software solutions that support organizational and member outcomes
