• Design and develop engaging, high-impact learning solutions. • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge. • Develop high-quality eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise. • Apply validated instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learning solutions. • Partner with subject matter experts to identify target audience training needs and define learning objectives. • Design assessments and evaluation instruments to measure learning effectiveness and ROI. • Stay current on L&D trends, including using AI tools for content curation and rapid prototyping. • Establish project scope, manage review cycles, and negotiate competing priorities among project stakeholders to keep development on schedule. • Apply inclusive design frameworks and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to ensure all learning materials are culturally responsive and fully accessible (WCAG 2.1 compliant) for a diverse audience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned data domains and source systems • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs • Develop scalable analytical solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and business understanding • Support enterprise reporting, ad hoc analysis, data quality validation, process improvement, and documentation • Help business leaders interpret trends, risks, and opportunities • Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics • Produce ad hoc reports and analyses by gathering, transforming, and interpreting data from multiple systems • Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Tableau and other BI platforms • Troubleshoot questions and issues related to data, reporting, dashboards, source systems, definitions, and metric logic • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success measures, and deliver scalable data products • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, self-service reporting
• Establish, lead, and continuously mature Catalight’s enterprise data governance program, policies, standards, and operating model • Define governance frameworks for data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, access management, retention, and lifecycle management • Develop governance roadmaps and maturity strategies aligned with Catalight’s analytics, AI/ML, and data democratization objectives • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HIPAA, PHI, PII, and healthcare data governance requirements within the Data & Analytics organization • Define and enforce data classification, handling, retention, masking, and access control standards for sensitive healthcare data • Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure data governance practices align with regulatory and organizational requirements • Support audit readiness, compliance reporting, risk assessments, and remediation efforts related to healthcare and regulated data • Establish governance controls to ensure appropriate segregation and protection of sensitive and non-sensitive analytical environments

Depending on the needs of the program and the candidate’s availability, Direct Support Professional are assigned to a facility or in-home based clientele. Our skilled staff will provide you with the training you need to feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of the role. Core Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions - Support participants to achieve the highest level of independence possible in pursuit of their definition of a “good life.” - Provide input and implement the participant’s Individual Plan. - Follow organizational guidelines to promote the participant’s health and safety. - Monitor, respond to and report issues of concern to the Case Coordinator or other supervisor. - Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (toileting, dressing, feeding, etc.) as needed, while respecting the participant’s privacy and confidentiality. - Accurately complete all participant-related data and documentation by the assigned deadline via a web-based platform. - Accurately submit timesheets, leave requests, required credentialing documents, work related training and other required paperwork by the assigned deadline via the Family of Company’s (FoC) web-based platforms. - Attend and participate in department meetings and training as required. - Other duties as assigned. - Assist in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment. - Respond appropriately and immediately to emergencies as defined in the Family of Companies (FoC) Operational procedures. - Report any safety concerns to the Program Manager or other supervisor. - Handle multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, and process urgent projects while paying attention to detail. - Other duties as assigned. Some participants may require the use of a Hoyer lift for transfers. - Frequent driving (to and from office, the community, and participants’ homes) when applicable. - Work at participants’ homes, community settings, and ESH facility, depending on assignment. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT - Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position. - Reliable transportation needed. - (For locations where driving is required) Must have a valid Driver’s License with Insurance, proof of current vehicle registration and safety check; maintain a clean driving record. - Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies. • Interpret and operationalize requirements across CMS, Medi-Cal (DHCS), DMHC, and other federal/state regulators. • Support compliance related to managed care contracts, delegated entities, and provider network operations. • Monitor and assess regulatory changes impacting health plans, reimbursement models, and care delivery. • Partner with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment in contracts and business practices. • Lead compliance oversight for billing, coding, documentation, and reimbursement practices. • Evaluate controls related to claims submission, denials management, and payment integrity. • Identify and mitigate risks related to overpayments, underpayments, and False Claims Act exposure. • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk to align compliance monitoring with audit plans and enterprise risks. • Support compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state privacy laws.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting robust AWS-based infrastructure solutions • Configure and support hybrid networking solutions such as VPN, Direct Connect, private endpoints, and Transit Gateway • Develop, manage, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform • Build and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment • Build and maintain Docker images, including multi-stage builds and compose configurations • Implement and manage monitoring using CloudWatch and Datadog • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Support the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-based infrastructure • Focus on the hands-on delivery, maintenance, and support of AWS environments • Ensure high availability and performance • Implement AWS infrastructure components such as VPCs, subnets, and routing • Assist with hybrid connectivity, high availability, and disaster recovery configurations • Use Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure • Support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments • Work with Docker to build and run containerized applications • Use CloudWatch and Datadog for monitoring and alerting • Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployments and operations
