Project Manager, FOIA Experience

Le'Fant LLC

• Oversee all FOIA program activities, ensuring contract deliverables, workflow performance, and system operations meet VA requirements • Responsible for managing staffing, schedules, risks, quality control, and communication with the COR and Government leadership • Fully versed in FOIA processes, lifecycle management, and program execution • Identify issues early and drive corrective actions

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to pass the Veterans Administration background investigation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field
  • PMP required
  • Demonstrated experience managing FOIA workflows may substitute for formal training or certifications
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
  • Three (3) years managing teams or federal support operations
  • One (1) year experience supporting FOIA, records management, privacy programs, or similar compliance functions
