Location: Oslo, Norway (remote working) · Contract: Permanent, Full-time · Travel: 80% travel around the country (and open for cross country travels) About the opportunity As a Therapeutic Area Specialist Oncology & Transplant, you will hold a unique dual-responsibility role promoting treatments to healthcare professionals across Norway: a treatment for multiple myeloma, and a transformative treatment for patients who have developed chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) following stem cell transplantation. This field-based role places you at the intersection of two closely connected therapeutic communities — hematology-oncology and transplant — where you will drive sales performance while maintaining meaningful scientific dialogue and building trusted, long-term partnerships. You will serve as a reliable scientific resource for hematologists, transplant specialists, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams, helping clinicians navigate treatment options for patients with high unmet medical needs. The Oncology and Transplant teams collaborate closely within a North Europe multi-country organization (MCO), and we are looking for someone who thrives on collective success and actively contributes to our shared mission across borders Main responsibilities: - Develop collaborative territory plans that identify opportunities to deepen relationships, expand access to innovative therapies, and address unmet needs within the transplant community. - Cultivate long-term, trust-based partnerships with hematologists, transplant nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams, serving as a reliable scientific resource. - Facilitate meaningful educational exchanges and clinical discussions, responding thoughtfully to questions and co-creating solutions that support patient care. - Thoughtfully plan customer engagements and maintain accurate documentation of interactions, insights, and evolving treatment landscape dynamics. - Collaborate closely with medical affairs, market access, and marketing colleagues to ensure alignment on scientific messaging and to channel field insights back into strategic planning. - Stay attuned to the evolving transplant and oncology-hematology landscape, including emerging data, competitor developments, and treatment paradigms, to inform adaptive strategies and share learnings across the North Europe team. - Maintain deep scientific and clinical knowledge of cGVHD & Multiple Myeloma treatment journey, representing Sanofi with integrity at medical conferences and professional events. - Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and industry guidelines. About you - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing or HCP-engagement role within pharmaceutical/biotech; background in transplant, hematology/oncology, or immunology is highly valued - Technical requirements: Valid driver's license and comfort with extensive travel within Denmark; proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications - Core competencies: Strong scientific curiosity and communication skills; ability to translate complex clinical data into meaningful dialogue; collaborative mindset with ability to work autonomously; adaptable and resilient in dynamic healthcare environments - Personal qualities: Relationship-oriented with genuine empathy for patients and care teams; intellectually curious with a passion for continuous learning; open to leveraging digital tools to enhance engagement and accessibility - Languages: Fluency in Danish and English (both written and verbal) Why choose us? · Make a direct impact on patients' lives by working with breakthrough treatments for transplant patients, bringing hope to those with high unmet medical needs. · Work with cutting-edge treatments in a rapidly evolving therapeutic area where innovation drives meaningful patient outcomes. · Join a collaborative North Europe team environment with opportunities to contribute beyond local responsibilities and share best practices across markets. · Develop your career in GenMed and Specialty Care with access to continuous learning, medical conferences, and professional development opportunities. · Build meaningful relationships with leading hematologists and other transplant specialists while representing innovative, life-changing treatments. · Enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility of a field-based role with national territory coverage. Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there. Better medications, better outcomes, better science. But progress doesn’t happen without people – people from different backgrounds, in different locations, doing different roles, all united by one thing: a desire to make miracles happen. So, let’s be those people. At Sanofi, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, ability or gender identity.
