- Lead discovery engagements and define architectural approaches across complex OT environments - Design end-to-end OT solutions aligned to operational requirements, safety considerations and long-term sustainability - Partner with commercial and delivery teams to support technical proposals, scope definition and solution shaping - Act as the senior technical escalation point across OT engagements - Lead and oversee site surveys to understand OT systems, networks and asset landscapes - Guide security and compliance assessments across operational environments - Facilitate risk identification and support the development of mitigation strategies - Develop architectural roadmaps to support capability uplift and long-term improvement - Support the creation of governance models, policies, standards and operating frameworks - Oversee third-party suppliers and technical partners across project delivery - Present architectural approaches, findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders - Provide technical leadership, mentoring and direction to OT consultants and engineers - Work alongside project managers to ensure delivery aligns with scope, timelines and outcomes

• Lead the architecture, scalability, and availability of our digital engineering application ecosystem spanning software, systems, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines. • Drive enterprise-scale deployments of “gold tier” engineering applications. • Enable secure external collaboration and AI capabilities across our engineering tools. • Provide technical and architectural guidance to support the portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmap. • Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, scalability, security, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with portfolio owners to validate feasibility of roadmap initiatives, identify technical dependencies, and define architecture patterns for consolidation, modernization, and integration across engineering disciplines. • Establish reference architectures and patterns for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid deployments (e.g., Azure/AWS). • Drive adoption of Digital Thread principles. • Support MBSE enablement by architecting integrations between modeling tools and downstream systems.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) • Define integration standards and guide development teams • Optimize data flows and support governance and best practices • Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, future-ready integration solutions

• Translate business and mission needs into end-to-end solution architectures using clear documentation and diagrams. • Design and govern secure, scalable cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms (Azure). • Evaluate legacy and current systems (applications, data, infrastructure) and define modernization and migration roadmaps. • Own and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with program delivery plans and business outcomes. • Perform proofs-of-concept and technology evaluations to inform architectural decisions. • Balance security, technical debt, feature delivery, cost, and operational risk in architectural trade-offs. • Lead large-scale cloud and hybrid-cloud migrations, including application and data workloads. • Champion DevSecOps practices within Agile and Scaled Agile environments. • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based analytics platforms. • Serve as a trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and decision-makers.
