Qualifications - 2+ years of B2B sales experience such as Account Executive, Sales Rep, Business Development Manager or SDR with closing responsibility. - Proven closing experience with targets, objections and signed deals. - High ownership and agency with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments. - You are outgoing, confident and people-driven and genuinely enjoy sales conversations. - Cold outreach feels like a game to you and you enjoy researching, messaging and calling. - You actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter in sales. - Fluency in German and English is a must.
