You'll Get To: - Expert proficiency in python in FAST, pyspark, pandas, seaborne , numpy, sqlalchemy, REST APIs, Web development, Containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, Terraform, Message Queue, Distributed Caching, SQL, NoSQL , OAuth2, JWT, SSO, encryption standards and secure coding. - Mastery of architectural patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, Multi Tenancy, extensibility models, and modular design. Comprehensive knowledge of container technologies with experience in at least one container orchestration platform, preferably Kubernetes. - A solid computer science foundation including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, with a proven track record of writing high concurrency, multi-threaded, secure, scalable code. - Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple teams, scale mentorship programs, and influence engineering culture - Strong data engineering capabilities Data modeling, performance optimization, and real-time data pipelines - Proven experience delivering and extending highly extensible, modular applications with various models of extensibility such as white-box, glass-box, gray-box, and black-box. - Fluency in modern development methodologies including Agile, CI/CD, and automated quality gates - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a history of stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and business - Superior analytical, problem-solving and system level performance analysis abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with reading/writing Stored Procedures. - Adaptable team player with strong collaboration skills and a focus on results and value delivery. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Passion for engineering excellence through automation, unit testing, and process improvements. - Experience with data integration and ETL tools (both productized and open source) What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - 15+ years of experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms, with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, high availability, RESTful APIs and microservices. - Proven track record in owning end-to-end architecture and driving long-term platform evolution across engineering and product - 3+ years of experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and solid understanding of cloud-native services. - Advanced experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps practices We're Even More Excited If You Have: - FinTech or Financial services domain background. Qualifications & Experience Required:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Sustainability or related field (or equivalent experience).• 5+ years in IT solution ownership, application management, or product ownership - preferably with SAP solutions in sustainability, supply chain, or compliance domains.• Hands-on experience with SAP Responsible Design and Production (SAP RDP) or similar EPR/sustainability tools (e.g., packaging compliance, circular economy platforms).• Strong understanding of global packaging regulations (EPR schemes, plastic taxes, PPWR, corporate sustainability reporting).• Experience in FMCG/CPG industry, with knowledge of packaging design, material science, or supply chain sustainability.• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, PLM, Analytics Cloud) and integration patterns.• Proven track record in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix environment.
