• Responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines. • Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. • Manages extended operations team project resources. • Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions. • Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks. • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.

- Business Management or technical discipline with an emphasis on Operations / Supply Chain
- 3-5 years in a medical device or related business preferred
- Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements.
- Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met
- Demonstrates an understanding of business partner’s needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables.
- Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities.
