• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, subcontractor payments, credit-card transactions, and related accounting activities • Supports compliance with company policies, FAR/CAS requirements, and internal controls • Assists with audits, tax reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities • Works closely with Finance, Human Resources, project staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency while supporting departmental objectives • Review and process expense requests and reports and vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Ensure invoices, subcontractor documentation, and expense transactions comply with terms, FAR/CAS requirements, company policy, and client-specific regulations • Verify expense reports are accurate, include necessary receipts, and comply with federal travel regulations (when applicable) and company policy • Research, investigate, and resolve issues with invoices, payments, vendors, and expense reports • Verify and/or obtain proper approvals according to company policy • Communicate with vendors and employees regarding any issues related to invoices, payments, or expense reports • Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and company information • Create, maintain, and validate vendor records, including collection and maintenance of W-9 documentation • Prepare and process checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers • Work with Human Resources to verify payroll accuracy; review and process invoices and payments related to payroll and benefits • Manage state unemployment and withholding tax accounts, including account maintenance, rate verification, and dispute resolution • Review and record bank transactions (including vendor and customer payments) daily • Review and record company credit-card transactions weekly • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts payable and accrued expenses • Understand requirements for 1099 vendors and assist with annual reporting, preparation, and reconciliations • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal control standards and audit requirements • Support annual audits and preparation of tax returns • Participate in department-wide initiatives and provide ad-hoc reporting and project support as requested

• The Director of Project Delivery serves as a senior leader of the Project Delivery Division, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and organizational leadership for the Division’s project execution functions. • Responsible for establishing and advancing scalable delivery practices, governance frameworks, resource management strategies, and performance standards that ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the organization’s federal and commercial contracts. • Partner closely with executive leadership, other division leaders, and business development teams to drive successful contract delivery, support organizational growth, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Oversee and monitor the division’s contributions to company-wide profit and loss and leverage their division budget as an additional data point when making decisions that include additional cost considerations. • Ensure staff within the division integrate into Lantana’s culture and are thriving in their current roles. • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives and ensure we have a long-term vision for building a project delivery workforce that aligns our strategic vision.

• Responsible for leading and executing capture strategies that drive growth across Lantana Consulting Group’s federal public-health portfolio. • Focuses on identifying, shaping, and securing high-value opportunities with CDC, CMS, HHS, and other public-health organizations. • Works cross-functionally with business-development, delivery, proposal, and technical teams to position Lantana for success by aligning customer needs with the company’s capabilities in data, analytics, and health IT. • Take ownership of the full capture lifecycle, from early identification of opportunity and qualification through proposal submission and award. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partners, develop and execute win strategies, and translate market intelligence into actionable capture plans. • Work in close partnership with Business Development Managers to align capture priorities with pipeline strategy, refine account plans, and ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement and opportunity shaping. • Collaborate closely with internal subject-matter experts to craft compelling, differentiated solutions. • Ensure disciplined pipeline management and adherence to growth objectives. • Serve as a trusted internal advisor to shape strategic priorities within the public-health market. • Collaborate extensively with Proposal Managers and proposal teams to translate capture strategies into compelling, compliant, and winning proposals. • Lead the development of win themes, discriminators, and key messaging; support color-team reviews; and ensure continuity between capture planning and proposal execution. • Serve as the bridge between business development, delivery, and proposal functions to ensure that insights, competitive intelligence, and customer understanding are effectively incorporated into proposal artifacts.

• Contributes to the design, development, and operation of secure data integrations between internal Azure-hosted healthcare platforms and external partners • Focuses on building reliable, auditable data exchanges across batch files, APIs, and event-driven patterns while ensuring data quality, traceability, and compliance in a regulated environment (PHI/PII, FedRAMP Moderate, NIST 800-53) • Use Azure-native services (including API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage, and Key Vault) to assist with the design and implementation of inbound and outbound integrations • Support the build and maintenance of batch-based file exchanges (SFTP/MFT), including scheduling, file-naming conventions, schema validation, encryption/signing (PGP), and delivery acknowledgements • Develop API-based integrations, including REST endpoints, contract-first design (OpenAPI), versioning, and support for partner onboarding • Create and maintain mapping specifications and transformation logic (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI) supporting partner-specific layouts and canonical models • Contribute to validation frameworks, error reporting, and interface runbooks to improve data quality and operational support • Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and dashboards to configure monitoring and alerting for interface health and SLA reporting • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements for integration issues • Implement secure connectivity patterns, manage secrets and certificates, and follow compliance standards • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define interface contracts, exchange schedules, retry/reconciliation processes, and deployment plans • Support CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure as code (with Bicep), and automation initiatives under guidance from senior engineers.
