Solutions Architect – Partner Ecosystem, Security, Observability, Data & AI

• Partner with Business Development, Alliances, and ecosystem teams to identify strategic technology partners and define joint solution opportunities. • Design and build integrated architectures spanning: SIEM and security platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) • Observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace) • Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) • Cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) • AI/ML platforms and Agentic AI frameworks • Leverage network telemetry (flows, packets, metadata) to enable: Threat detection and response • Observability and network/application performance optimization • AI-driven analytics and automation • Identify technical and go-to-market synergies across partners and translate them into compelling solution narratives and architectures. • Lead customer engagements, including discovery sessions, architecture design reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives. • Build and deliver end-to-end demos, use cases, and POCs that showcase integrated solutions and measurable customer outcomes. • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support strategic opportunities and drive adoption of joint solutions. • Develop reusable reference architectures, demo assets, solution collateral, and best practices to scale ecosystem success. • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance integrations, APIs, and overall ecosystem alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Acquired 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Network Security, or Cloud/Security Engineering roles
  • Built a strong foundation in: Network security (traffic analysis, IDS/IPS, NDR, Zero Trust)
  • Network and application performance monitoring and optimization
  • Gained hands-on experience across multiple domains, including: SIEM and security analytics
  • Observability (logs, metrics, traces)
  • Data platforms and data lakes
  • Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • AI/ML systems
  • Worked with distributed systems, data pipelines, and systems integrations (APIs, streaming platforms, telemetry pipelines).
  • Collaborated with partners, Business Development, or alliances teams to support joint initiatives or customer solutions.
  • Built or supported joint partner solutions and product integrations, ideally with platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Gained familiarity with OpenTelemetry or other modern telemetry and observability frameworks.
  • Worked with or implemented AIOps, performance analytics, or ML-based anomaly detection capabilities.
  • Been exposed to Agentic AI or automation-driven workflows in real-world environments.
  • Obtained relevant cloud, security, or AI certifications (highly preferred).
