Responsibilities As a Senior GIS Analyst, support telecom and utility projects by developing and maintaining ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise solutions, administering geodatabases, and building client-facing maps and applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Online/Enterprise web maps, apps (Field Maps, Survey123, Dashboards, Experience Builder), and data services. - Partner with client teams to ensure spatial data needs are met and deliverables are accurate and timely. - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise geodatabases (schemas, domains, versioning, replication). - Perform QA/QC on spatial datasets and establish workflows to validate field and engineering data. - Manage and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise/ArcGIS Online services and publishing workflows. - Develop automation tools and scripts (Python/ArcPy/ArcGIS API for Python) to streamline data processing and publishing. - Integrate CAD and external datasets into GIS workflows and support ETL processes. - Collaborate with engineers, developers, and field staff to design efficient, repeatable workflows. - Provide training and technical support to staff and field users on GIS applications and tools. - Help establish and enforce national GIS standards for schema design, data QA/QC, and publishing processes. - Serve as the GIS subject matter expert for assigned client accounts, translating technical requirements into practical solutions. Requirements: - 5+ years of professional GIS experience, with demonstrated expertise in both technical and client-facing roles. - Expertise with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Server/Portal), and ArcGIS Online. - Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in SQL and Python for geoprocessing, automation, and publishing workflows. - Experience with enterprise geodatabase administration, versioning, and optimization. - Hands-on experience with Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards, and Experience Builder. - Strong background in map publishing, hosted feature services, and data integration. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with CAD/GIS integration workflows. The Senior Recovery Resolution Analyst will be responsible for performing compliance reviews of medical and administrative documentation to identify instances of healthcare fraud and/or wasteful and abusive conduct by health care providers who submit claims for payment. This position will utilize information from claims data analysis, plan members, the medical community, law enforcement, employee conduct, and confidential investigations in order to document relevant findings. The Sr. Recovery Resolution Analyst will conduct site visits and desk audits of provider claims, and medical and administrative records, to gather and analyze all necessary information to determine whether subject adhered to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance. The Sr. Recovery Resolution Analyst will present and discuss audit findings with client and input information into Optum audit workflow tools and the client’s case tracking system. Where applicable, the Auditor will support appeal and fraud investigation activities. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm local time.
