While we prefer candidates based in the Dallas/Plano area, this role is open to applicants across the U.S. as it is primarily remote. Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results People: - Works with colleagues throughout the Firm to obtain required data and information. Client: - Communicates relevant project information to the team and key stakeholders. - Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks to ensure internal clients’ needs are met in a timely manner. Value: - Proposes and implements processes to improve productivity and financial results. - Drafts communications, presentations and other deliverables. - Develops, deploys, maintains, and/or assesses best practices and policies. - Extracts data from internal systems for analysis and interpretation. - Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material. - Participates on committees, special projects, and performs other duties as assigned. - Resolves daily issues that arise. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and four to six years related experience required. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation and research. Essential Skills Required: - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness - Sense of urgency - Demonstrates willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment - Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license required. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
