In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our U.S. benefits programs. You’ll handle key areas such as benefits enrollment, employee education, and vendor coordination, helping ensure a smooth and consistent experience across all offerings. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and contributes to delivering competitive, compliant, and employee-focused benefits programs. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of U.S. benefits administration and a strong interest in building a career within Total Rewards. What you’ll do As the Benefits Coordinator at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Benefits Programs. This role will help develop and administer all of QM’s Benefit packages, including healthcare, dental, vision, wellness programs, and 401(k). The Senior CPSR Compliance Analyst supports the organization’s procurement function by ensuring full compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements. This role performs detailed procurement file audits, develops compliant processes, partners with internal stakeholders, and helps maintain an approved purchasing system. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in government contracting environments.
