Role Description In this role, your primary footprint will be providing support on the HR Security team. You will assist with ensuring all employees meet specific I-9, Background, and other hiring standards and requirements. This position will assist in comprehensive auditing processes to further promote the integrity of our hiring and offboarding processes. You will provide support to ensure the employee lifecycle is in compliance with relevant policies, laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and self-regulatory organization rules. - Provide support to the HR Team as it pertains to all elements of the employee life cycle, starting with new hire standards, through to off-boarding processes.
