• The Product Manager is accountable for defining product direction and delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes for the products they support. • This role works closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to identify problems, evaluate opportunities, and define solutions that align with company goals. • Product Managers contribute to shaping product strategy and are responsible for translating that strategy into clear product priorities and roadmaps. • This role ensures that the right problems are being solved and that success metrics are clearly defined and measured. • The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure product intent and priorities are clearly understood, while remaining focused on customer value, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes.

• Act as the primary lead for external development teams. • Drive development velocity, ensure milestones are hit, and maintain high output standards. • Define high-level roadmap and requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts. • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for scalability. • Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Engineering for alignment with technology standards and marketing goals. • Manage product journey from MVP to global scale, making data-driven decisions on feature prioritization. • Continuously evaluate external development team performance and alignment with long-term strategy.
