• Act as the primary lead for external development teams. • Drive development velocity, ensure milestones are hit, and maintain high output standards. • Define high-level roadmap and requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts. • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for scalability. • Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Engineering for alignment with technology standards and marketing goals. • Manage product journey from MVP to global scale, making data-driven decisions on feature prioritization. • Continuously evaluate external development team performance and alignment with long-term strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing external or distributed development teams
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple related features or products
  • Clear and highly documented communication skills
  • Deep understanding of self-serve SaaS metrics
  • Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and high-scale systems
  • Comfortable holding external partners accountable to high standards and tight deadlines.
