As a Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of a product that sits at the core of how our agents operate, earn, and succeed. Why this role matters This is not a typical Product Owner role. You’ll own a product that directly impacts thousands of agents across multiple African markets, influencing how money moves, how people get paid, and how businesses grow. What you’ll do Own the product, end-to-end - Drive the Agent Operations product roadmap - Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery - Ensure your team is always working on the right priorities Turn ideas into reality - Translate business needs into clear user stories and backlog items - Work closely with developers to bring features to life - Ensure what gets built actually solves real problems Be the voice of the user - Understand how agents use the system on the ground - Make decisions that improve their experience and performance Work across teams and markets - Collaborate with operations, country teams, and leadership - Support product rollout across different African regions - Manage dependencies across multiple product streams Drive impact, not just delivery - Ensure features are not just built, but adopted and used - Communicate progress, trade-offs, and priorities clearly What you bring - 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role - Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable solutions - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - A business mindset, you think about outcomes, not just tasks What sets you apart - You think like a product owner, not just a task manager - You’re confident working with both technical teams and business leaders - You enjoy solving complex problems - You take ownership and drive things forward I am sure you are reading this job description and meet majority of the criteria BUT you may also still not be 100% comfortable in applying.
