• You will establish the anti-thrombosis portfolio with relevant specialists and hospital departments through targeted measures to generate spill-over effects into outpatient care • You are responsible for sales, market share and potential development in the defined territory • You will independently manage efficient route planning, appointment scheduling and regular visits to the defined accounts in hospitals as well as in the outpatient specialist sector • You will support assigned office-based specialists to ensure sustainable customer retention and continuous sales development • You will regularly analyze sales, market and territory metrics (hospital and retail) • You are responsible for acquiring and continuously expanding new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships to achieve sustainable sales growth and market presence • You will keep account plans up to date to ensure strategic customer management and maximize revenue potential • You will plan, organize and conduct regional trainings and events in hospitals and practices • You will involve your regional management, key account management and other departments in territory-specific processes • You will create and update customer data sheets and account plans to support regular communication with regional management • You will ensure timely and complete documentation of all activities, sample distributions and customer data in the CRM system Veeva • You will report mandatory adverse events (AEs) to Drug Safety within 24 hours in accordance with applicable regulations
Job Requirements
- You are certified as a pharmaceutical sales representative in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG)
- You have several years of professional experience in the sale of prescription medicines, ideally in both the hospital sector and the office-based specialist segment
- Knowledge in the area of anti-thrombosis is desirable
- You have a solid understanding of business and pharmacoeconomic contexts as well as the strategic orientation and decision-making processes in the hospital and specialist physician segments
- You are able to develop and implement strategic measures and account plans for individual hospitals and practices
- You demonstrate strong sales skills, scientific persuasion and a high closing orientation
- Your thinking is analytical and entrepreneurial
- You are a team player with strong self-organization, digital competency and a structured way of working
- You hold a Class B driving licence and are willing to travel frequently
- You live in or near the territory to be managed

The Senior Mortgage Processor - Float position is responsible for supporting the Mortgage Processing team as a whole. This role will provide coverage as needed to ensure that mortgage loan applications continue moving forward and close on time. This role will maintain close contact with the borrower, real estate agent, mortgage loan originator, and mortgage underwriter through the entire loan process on all loans assigned. Additional tasks and duties would be assigned based on capacity and needs of the business, which may include support and assistance to other processors in the processing of their file(s). Reviews underwriting decisions, prepares decision letters, and works with applicants to obtain any additional documents needed for final approval when filling in for other processors who are off work or based on business needs. Works with outside vendors to obtain appraisals and title documents in a timely manner while also staying in contact with the borrower and internal partners in order to complete the loan process. Communicates with all stakeholders regarding the loan process, providing excellent customer service at all times for both internal and external partners. Processes more complex mortgage loan applications, including, but not limited to, conventional, government, bond/DPA, and new construction. Reviews credit reports, income and asset documentation, and confirms all documentation meets requirements to move forward with an underwriting decision. Finalizes the loan processing stage by preparing loans for submission to the Closing Department. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining homeowner's insurance, payoffs, and coordination with the Title Department as well as internal partners in setting closing dates. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
