TRUFF
• The Senior Account Manager, Foodservice and Non-Traditional channels will serve as a strategic growth driver across TRUFF’s non-retail business, owning customer and distributor relationships across Food Service and emerging channels. • This role will navigate and unlock growth across diverse food service and Alternative channels while ensuring strong execution through distributors, operators, and channel partners. • The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for account planning, distributor management, operator engagement, trade investment oversight, and driving volume growth in a fast-paced, high-growth CPG environment. • This individual will build scalable programs that increase velocity, expand distribution, and elevate TRUFF’s brand presence beyond retail shelves and into menus, back-of-house kitchens, and experiential environments. • This position reports to the CCO.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, ideally within Food & Beverage.
- 4+ years showing a demonstrated ability to scale brands within Food Service Channels.
- Preferred history of working for both larger and small/scaling brands.
- Proven success managing national or large accounts.
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics, promotional strategy, and trade spend management.
- Experience working with and managing brokers, distributors and direct retailers (small and large)
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS) and food service -specific portals.
- Experience managing customer-specific P&L and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 20-30%.

The Senior Mortgage Processor - Float position is responsible for supporting the Mortgage Processing team as a whole. This role will provide coverage as needed to ensure that mortgage loan applications continue moving forward and close on time. This role will maintain close contact with the borrower, real estate agent, mortgage loan originator, and mortgage underwriter through the entire loan process on all loans assigned. Additional tasks and duties would be assigned based on capacity and needs of the business, which may include support and assistance to other processors in the processing of their file(s). Reviews underwriting decisions, prepares decision letters, and works with applicants to obtain any additional documents needed for final approval when filling in for other processors who are off work or based on business needs. Works with outside vendors to obtain appraisals and title documents in a timely manner while also staying in contact with the borrower and internal partners in order to complete the loan process. Communicates with all stakeholders regarding the loan process, providing excellent customer service at all times for both internal and external partners. Processes more complex mortgage loan applications, including, but not limited to, conventional, government, bond/DPA, and new construction. Reviews credit reports, income and asset documentation, and confirms all documentation meets requirements to move forward with an underwriting decision. Finalizes the loan processing stage by preparing loans for submission to the Closing Department. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining homeowner's insurance, payoffs, and coordination with the Title Department as well as internal partners in setting closing dates. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
