Synoptek is seeking a D365 Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end service management solutions. This role is responsible for defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful implementation across medium to large-scale engagements. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized technical solutions while driving delivery excellence across the full project lifecycle.
