• Contribute to Cybus’s growth and success • Expand business relationships with new and existing enterprise customers • Close ambitious deals in the DACH manufacturing sector with an average ACV of EUR 80–150k • Independently generate a 4x pipeline through outbound, networking, events and collaboration with SDRs and Marketing • Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder deals through buying committees • Translate Unified Namespace and OT/IT integration into value propositions together with pre‑sales engineers • Influence the product roadmap with deal insights

• As a Solution Architect (all genders), you will support the technical sales process — from the initial idea to the proof of concept. • Responsible for technical sales support — from initial conversations to a successful PoC. • Develop and present tailored solution concepts based on individual customer requirements. • Act as the voice of the market within the company and ensure that relevant insights from customer projects are funneled into product development, positioning, and go-to-market activities. • Create targeted technical content for sales initiatives and campaigns. • Independently analyze market trends and competitive situations and derive relevant recommendations for action.

• You are responsible for the “Core Reliability & Connectivity” roadmap and act as the primary interface between our engineering team and business stakeholders • You translate complex technical challenges (e.g., refactoring, security, protocol updates) into tangible business value and integrate them into the official roadmap. • You work closely with the Lead Software Architect and the Agile Delivery Lead to specify requirements for high-tech features (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, container architecture). • You balance feature hype and technical debt to sustainably ensure platform stability. • You take full ownership of the technical backlog and ensure the engineering team works on the agreed priorities.

• You design innovative solutions together with our customers by translating complex requirements across IT infrastructure, shop floor, and end-user applications with clarity and pragmatism. • You take responsibility for technical onboarding of customers and partners. • You advise on IIoT architectures, IT security, Connectware integration, and relevant use cases. • You implement industrial data infrastructures using Cybus Connectware. • You implement scalable Infrastructure-as-Code deployments. • You support our customers with technical product support, including participation in a team-rotating on-call duty.
