• Design, develop, and implement integrations within Workday Financials using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs • Build and maintain integrations leveraging Workday-native tools and frameworks • Create and maintain XSLT transformations for complex data mapping and transformation requirements • Configure and optimize SOAP and REST web services for seamless system communication with Workday • Develop custom reports and dashboards using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues, ensuring reliability and performance • Maintain and enhance existing Workday integrations with a focus on scalability and maintainability • Contribute to the evolution of the integration architecture using Boomi or comparable iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica)

What You'll Be Doing Help train large language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code across a wide range of programming languages: - Compare and rank multiple code snippets, explaining which is best and why - Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style - Inject feedback (ratings, edits, test results) into the RLHF pipeline and keep it running smoothly End result: the model learns to propose, critique, and improve code the way you do. RLHF in one line: Generate code → expert engineers rank, edit, and justify → convert that feedback into reward signals → reinforcement learning tunes the model toward code you'd actually ship. What You'll Need - 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python (constraint programming experience is a bonus, but not required) - Strong code-review instincts — you can spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues quickly - Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. Much of this role involves explaining why one approach is better than another. Job Summary: Reporting to the Head of Solution Consulting, the Head of Workforce Solution Consulting is responsible for all new and existing business in our workforce & vertical - managing a team of Solution Consultants who serve as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation process. This Pod leader will be the subject matter expert for all Socure products and will be responsible for understanding all Workforce accounts, existing clients, and ensuring successful growth of the people and clients under their remit. A successful leader will work collaboratively with various departments across the organization to support the sales process and successful adoption and integration of those solutions. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating resources across several functional areas.
