Role Description Reporting to the Sr. FP&A Manager, this critical role will partner with functional leaders across the company to own expense budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate and insightful analyses, supporting strategic decision-making processes, and optimizing financial performance. We are looking for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about financial modeling, building a business, and driving continuous improvement. - Financial Modeling: Own the mechanics and accuracy of the company’s three-statement financial model with a primary focus on expenses. - Model Integrity: Responsible for the models’ core assumptions, quality, accuracy, and timeliness to ensure reliable forecasting. - Budgeting & Planning: Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with strategic priorities. - Key Metric Reporting: Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to executives across the company. - Systems & Implementation: Support the eventual transition and migration of financial models from Excel to an FP&A software platform, assisting with data architecture, mapping, and implementation to drive long-term scalability. - Insights & Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to drive growth and efficiency while identifying potential risks and opportunities. - Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to the business by providing ad-hoc data-driven analysis and actionable plans. - Process Automation: Take a proactive approach to enhance processes across FP&A, accounting, and business operations. - Scalable Reporting: Partner with business operations to automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to enable real-time reporting for leaders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline. - 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or FP&A at a high growth tech company. - Ability to work 100% remotely. - Extensive financial modeling experience. - Exhibit a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. - Display a high level of curiosity and desire to understand the business at a deep level. - Strong quantitative skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Prioritization of High-Impact Automation - Partner with business teams (e.g., Revenue Ops, Marketing, Finance Ops, Talent Acquisition) to catalog manual, high-frequency workflows and rank them by impact, feasibility, and urgency. • Production Agent Design & Development - Build multi-step, tool-augmented agent workflows that can plan, execute, observe outcomes, and iteratively improve. Design and implement planner–executor and reflection-based architectures to enhance reasoning quality and task reliability. Develop stateful agent systems and incorporate human-in-the-loop controls, including approval gates, fallback paths, and escalation mechanisms. • Platform Integration - Leverage the Agentic AI Foundations team's platform covering agent runtime, orchestration, memory, tool registry, guardrails, and observability. Provide feedback that shapes platform priorities. • Innovation & Standards - Leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms to create differentiated internal solutions that can't be bought off the shelf. Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and regulatory frameworks to ensure Socure leads the industry in secure, compliant, and intelligent internal systems. • Technical Patterns - Discover reusable agent design patterns while building real workflows and contribute them back to the Agentic AI Foundations paved paths so the work compounds across Socure. • Operational Excellence - Leverage the evaluation harness and tracing substrate provided by Agentic AI Foundations for continuous performance assessment, failure-mode analysis, and optimization of speed and accuracy of specific agentic solutions.

• Design and implement automated functional health checks for DR and production environments using synthetic transactions and API validation. • Build continuous validation pipelines that verify end-to-end business workflows such as authentication, transactions, and system integrations. • Develop intelligent alerting mechanisms based on functional failures and customer-impacting behavior, not solely infrastructure metrics. • Integrate observability signals including logs, metrics, and traces with automated test frameworks to improve system visibility and diagnosis. • Develop AI/ML-driven approaches to detect failure patterns, correlate issues across services, and identify probable root causes. • Build systems that recommend or trigger automated remediation actions to support early-stage self-healing capabilities. • Partner cross-functionally with QA, SRE, and Engineering teams to improve service reliability, incident response, and recovery readiness. • Define, measure, and report on functional SLAs, service health indicators, and quality metrics. • Contribute to disaster recovery drills, readiness exercises, and automated validation efforts that improve resilience over time.

• Lead growth across both greenfield opportunities and existing accounts, developing expansion strategies that deepen product adoption and maximize account value. • Manage full-cycle sales—from prospecting to close—targeting high-value SaaS deals with innovative, fast-growing companies. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound efforts and executive-level engagement. • Align complex technical solutions with customer needs in fraud, analytics, and digital identity. • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on customer needs and influence the product roadmap. • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and support strategic planning. • Represent Socure at industry events and deepen client relationships through in-person meetings as needed.

• Support Sales Reps and Commercial Leadership in opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and inspection cadences. • Partner on FY26 account planning and capacity planning, including Pod and Primary Industry alignment. • Support Sales Enablement refreshes across core opportunity management processes and quoting & contracting enablement. • Contribute to Quote-to-Cash and Billing improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and partnering with RevOps and FinOps teams. • Support Sales Compensation (SIP) operations, including compensation plan administration, quarterly commission calculations, and supporting annual planning, partnering with Accounting, Finance, Legal, People, and Revenue Leadership teams. • Support Clari platform adoption and execution, including: Joint Execution Plan (JEP) development and utilization, Quarterly, Monthly, and Weekly dashboarding and meeting cadences built within Clari, Adoption and optimization of Clari capabilities such as MEDDPICC scoring, Opportunity Score, and emerging Agentic AI features. • Build scalable content, documentation, and repeatable processes to increase sales funnel effectiveness. • Assist with automation and efficiency initiatives by identifying manual processes and bottlenecks across the GTM funnel and helping implement scalable solutions using existing and new tools. • Serve as a cross-functional partner by translating business needs into operational and technical requirements and supporting rollout of new GTM capabilities.

Role Description We are hiring exceptional Site Reliability Engineers who take pride in building and operating mission-critical, production-grade systems. This role is for engineers who own what they build, thrive in high-pressure environments, and continuously raise the reliability and operational bar. You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, and observability, with a strong focus on preventing incidents rather than reacting to them.
