Job Description

Nipps Media - Performance Marketing Manager

Jobrack

Own Meta & Google Ads, client results, and scaling campaigns. $3,000–$3,500/month | Full-time | Remote | EST hours I’m David, the founder of Nipps Media, a performance marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through Meta and Google Ads, supported by email marketing and funnel optimization.  I started this company with a simple goal: to deliver real, measurable results for clients. We’ve grown into a small but highly skilled team covering creative, copy, and technical support, but I’m currently still managing all media buying and client communication myself.  That’s worked so far, but now we’re now at a stage where we need a strong performance marketing leader who can take full ownership of results and help us scale without compromising quality. If that sounds like something you’d enjoy - read on! We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. We need someone who can confidently own campaign performance end-to-end across Meta and Google Ads, not just execute tasks.  This is a client-facing role for someone who understands how to combine strategy, execution, and communication to drive measurable growth.  You should be someone who thrives under responsibility and is comfortable making decisions that directly impact performance outcomes. In this role, you will be in charge of: 📊 Campaign Management & Optimization You'll manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads accounts end-to-end - launching new campaigns, improving existing ones, scaling winners, and cutting underperformers.  You'll own budget management, audience targeting, retargeting strategies, creative testing, and regular account audits. Daily performance monitoring and fast optimization decisions are expected. 🧩 Tracking & Attribution You'll set up and maintain tracking infrastructure that ensures accurate decision-making - configuring conversion tracking, troubleshooting issues, validating event firing, and maintaining data integrity across platforms. You'll ensure the numbers can be trusted. 📞 Client Communication You'll attend client calls and present performance updates clearly and confidently. That means explaining what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what you’re doing about it in simple, direct language. You'll provide recommendations, action plans, and proactive updates that build long-term trust. 📊 Performance & Strategy You'll create and interpret performance reports, identify key drivers and risks, evaluate funnels and landing pages, and recommend improvements to offers and messaging. Your focus is ensuring campaigns stay aligned with real business outcomes, not just platform metrics. This is a full-time role with working hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility for earlier starts if needed. You’ll report directly to David, the founder of Nipps Media, with support from the Project Assistant. David is currently still hands-on with all media buying and client communication while building the agency’s next stage of growth, meaning you’ll be stepping into a highly trusted and impactful role.
