Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of the company’s iGaming platform solutions to online casino and sportsbook operators. The role requires hands-on experience in selling complex platform products and managing the full B2B sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing. A key part of the position is building relationships with operators, presenting platform capabilities and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships. The role also involves active participation in major iGaming industry conferences and exhibitions, developing new business connections and expanding the company’s partner network. The specialist will manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, client outreach, product presentations and preparation of commercial offers. Responsibilities include activating new prospects, re-engaging existing contacts, maintaining consistent communication through meetings and digital channels, and working with CRM systems to track opportunities and sales performance. The role also includes collaboration with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve the overall customer journey.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of selling B2B solutions within the iGaming industry, working with online casino or sportsbook operators.
- Hands-on experience selling platform-based products such as turnkey casino platforms, game aggregation systems, sportsbook platforms or similar technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, providers, aggregators and key market dynamics.
- Participation in major international conferences and exhibitions such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC or similar events, with the ability to network with operators, generate leads, present solutions and develop new business opportunities.
- Fluent English.
- Confident use of CRM systems, sales pipeline management tools and basic business software such as Excel, Word and presentation tools. Ability to track opportunities, manage client data and prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
- Willingness to travel for international business trips and industry events. EU passport, visa or residency is considered an advantage.
