Role Description We're looking for a software engineer who's productive in Rails, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by shipping real value quickly. You'll own features end-to-end within a core area of our payments dispute resolution platform, working alongside a small, experienced engineering team. We move fast, and we want someone who uses every tool at their disposal to do the same — including AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code.
