Role Description We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager who will serve as the primary relationship owner for our most critical reseller, channel, and strategic partners, a portfolio that collectively represents more than half of our total revenue. - This role goes far beyond account maintenance; you will be the face of our company to these partners, managing day-to-day communication across multiple channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, and Slack). - Bring structure and clarity to the relationship by running structured monthly and quarterly business reviews that surface insights, identify opportunities, and hold both sides accountable to shared goals. - Grow each partner's revenue contribution and engagement with Disputifier, acting as a true consultative ally. - Advocate for partner needs across product, operations, and support to ensure we are always delivering on our commitments. - This is a high-autonomy role built for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. - Set the rhythm of partner engagement, proactively flag risks and opportunities, and bring structure and initiative to a foundational relationship layer. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, or Channel Partner Management, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce. - Proven track record of managing and growing high-value partner relationships. - Strong consultative and relationship-building skills. - Highly organized and operationally driven. - Technical and analytical aptitude. - Experience in the payments, chargeback, fraud prevention, or merchant services industry is a nice-to-have. - Located within North American time zones (Canada or the United States preferred). This is a fully remote position. Requirements - Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, retention, expansion, and long-term growth. - Teach partners how to properly onboard and manage their merchants on the Disputifier platform. - Problem-solve for our partners and their merchants, whether it’s related to the product, billing, or business development opportunities. - Establish and lead the appropriate cadence of partner meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. - Manage all communication channels with our largest partners from low-touch (email) to high-touch (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack channels). - Build relationships and trust through in-person meetings, industry events, and partner engagements when appropriate. - Represent Disputifier at industry events and conferences. Benefits - Opportunity to build on top of a sustainable foundation in a high-growth business that is cash-flow positive and profitable. - Operate mostly as a flat organization with a small team. - Fully-remote environment with a global team that is highly talented and dedicated to our mission. - Competitive pay, benefits, and flexible PTO. - Culture that promotes a problem-solving mindset.

Role Description We're looking for a software engineer who's productive in Rails, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by shipping real value quickly. You'll own features end-to-end within a core area of our payments dispute resolution platform, working alongside a small, experienced engineering team. We move fast, and we want someone who uses every tool at their disposal to do the same — including AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code. If you're already using these to accelerate your work and are excited to push that further, we want to talk. Qualifications - You have a bias toward action — you'd rather ship something and iterate than wait for perfect information. - You're a solid Rails developer who can be productive quickly in an existing codebase. - You actively use AI coding tools to move faster and learn new systems. - You enjoy digging into complex technical issues and finding effective ways to solve them. - You spot things that could be better and take initiative to improve them. - You iterate quickly, learn from what ships, and adjust. - You welcome feedback and are committed to ongoing growth. Requirements - 3–5 (Intermediate) or 5-8 (Senior) years of software engineering experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails. - Demonstrated use of AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) in your workflow. - Comfortable working independently and making decisions without perfect information. - Experience in fast-moving or startup environments is a plus. - Located in Canada or US time zones (fully remote). Technology Stack - Back-end: Ruby on Rails - Database: Aurora MySQL - Platform: AWS - Front-end: Server-rendered HTML, light JavaScript
