• Serve as a hands-on partner to clients, managing day-to-day HR operations. • Ensure compliance and help leaders create strong, scalable people practices. • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and reliable follow-through. • Deliver accurate, high-quality work on time with minimal supervision while managing multiple client needs. • Provide confident, compliant HR guidance across employment law, benefits, payroll, and HR operations. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to maintain alignment and trust. • Adapt quickly to shifting client priorities, finding creative, compliant solutions in dynamic environments. • Coordinate projects across multiple clients, balancing competing deadlines and maintaining precision. • Facilitate and support client trainings, workshops, and presentations with confidence and clarity. • Leverage technology and HR systems to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of progressive HR generalist experience across multiple functional areas.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized companies preferred
- Familiarity with Paylocity, BambooHR, or similar HRIS systems a plus
- Prior union experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Track record of building and maintaining strong client/stakeholder relationships
- Experience in a consulting model a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups, consulting, or PE-backed companies preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with clients and peers.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
- Comfortable learning new technologies quickly
