Senior Systems Analyst – Business Continuity – Implementation

• Conduct in-depth technical analysis to manage issues and identify root causes. • Participate in defining solutions, evaluating impacts, risks and alignment with existing processes, interacting with different stakeholders (business, IT, vendors). • Support the technical team during development, clarifying questions about business rules and functional flows. • Plan and execute functional and integration tests, and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the company for project management and execution. • Prepare detailed functional specifications for development, customizations, system integrations and infrastructure. • Train users and act as the functional focal point for the system or module under your responsibility. • Map business processes (AS IS and TO BE), identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. • Support change management (GMUD), including impact analysis, validations and monitoring of deployments. • Manage demand management systems and performance indicators. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, IT best practices and process governance, supporting internal audits when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Databases, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge: ability to perform analysis, queries and reporting.
  • Experience in implementation and/or support of ERP systems (Sankhya or SAP) and ITSM.
  • Solid experience with Oracle and SQL databases and languages such as Java, PL/SQL and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS and on-premise systems.
  • Experience with core business processes: Accounting, Tax, Invoicing/Billing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, P&L (DRE), period/month-end closings and Contracts (desirable).
