Role Description We are seeking a highly capable leader to serve as the North America fulfillment expert for lighting-focused and other non-core energy conservation measure (ECM) projects across the business. This role will primarily focus on lighting and will also require working knowledge of other non-core ECMs such as building envelope, water, transformers, and related energy-saving measures. This is not a direct project management role. Instead, this individual will act as a strategic and operational fulfillment leader who supports regional teams in delivering projects successfully, consistently, and safely.
