• Design, install, operate and optimize the Court's Oracle database resources and solutions, ensuring high availability, integrity, security and performance of institutional data • Install, deploy, administer and maintain the set of tools, software and hardware for the organization's Oracle solutions • Handle incidents, problems, requests and level-3 changes related to the database environment • Perform configurations, changes and optimizations (tuning) to ensure optimal application performance • Keep the environment up to date by applying patches and fixes, following change management guidelines • Provide specialized technical support in data techniques and tools for system maintenance projects • Administer the Oracle environment specifically, maintaining the data object library and ensuring an integrated view of information • Specify logical data security criteria and validate logical and physical models with the client • Configure and manage backup and restore routines, supporting the proposal of data protection policies • Perform continuous analysis of performance and utilization of computing resources • Lead the evaluation of new database infrastructure solutions and prepare technical specifications to support institutional analyses • Prepare and keep technical documentation and best-practice articles up to date.

• Ensure the sustainable evolution of the GLPI platform (Community and/or Network), leading technical decisions, governance of customizations, and integration with other systems. • Define development standards for plugins and customizations: technically lead the evolution of the GLPI platform (Community and Network); ensure compatibility with future releases (upgrade-safe). • Avoid dependence on hacks or direct modifications to the core. • Define strategy for: use of official plugins; adoption of GLPI Network. • Create and maintain structured technical documentation. • Plan version upgrades (especially critical in GLPI). Fix bugs and issues. Implement API calls. • Configure authentication methods (tokens, OAuth, etc.); create integrations with bots, internal systems and external services. • Test new features: validate the impact of changes, perform user acceptance testing with users, and document features, integrations and technical procedures; update wikis or internal repositories.

• Administer Linux servers (including clusters using Pacemaker), storage systems and SAN, virtualization with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V, and support mission‑critical environments. • Install and manage Linux operating systems (SUSE, RHEL, Oracle Linux). • Manage server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and Microsoft Hyper‑V), including provisioning, tuning and troubleshooting VMs. • Configure HA/DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, templates and datastores. • Deploy, operate and maintain storage systems (block/file/object) and SAN (zoning, LUNs, multipath, HBA, iSCSI/FC), ensuring performance, resilience and data security. • Manage server and storage infrastructure capacity. • Automate tasks using Shell scripting and, preferably, Ansible and Terraform. • Plan, implement and sustain infrastructure solutions (on‑premises and hybrid), including upgrades, migrations, patching and automations. • Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, procedures, runbooks) and operational knowledge base articles. • Participate in resolution of critical incidents, conduct RCAs and implement preventive actions. • Perform performance routines and environment health checks. • Handle incident queues and service requests. • Implement improvements to the server infrastructure. • Manage containers on OpenShift and AKS. • Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to ensure quality and predictable deliveries. • Perform other tasks related to the area as requested by leadership. • Comply with Lanlink Group procedures, processes, policies and compliance obligations; report concerns, issues or compliance failures, and participate in required training.

• Ensure the continuity, security and evolution of the information technology infrastructure, guaranteeing that physical and logical resources are always available, up to date and aligned with the organization’s operational needs through efficient, proactive and innovative management. • This professional is part of the Infrastructure Support for Applications team and is responsible for ensuring the availability and stability of Microsoft servers. • Install, configure, update and decommission physical and virtual servers, ensuring operation in high-availability environments (cluster). • Define and structure access resources such as folders and shares. • Define naming conventions for users and groups related to the security structure. • Define software usage policies applied to workstations, including GPOs and the creation of standard images. • Manage the antivirus/antimalware solution and resolve related issues. • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents in the Windows operational environment that could not be resolved by Level 2 support. • Act as a pre-qualification point for opening and following up support tickets with the vendor’s technical support. • Monitor server performance and perform resource sizing analysis (capacity planning). • Assess the need to install security fixes (patches) and evaluate their impacts. • Keep the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) up to date by registering and reviewing Configuration Items (CIs). • Prepare technical documentation on best practices and evaluate new solutions with their respective technical specifications. • Participate in infrastructure projects, providing technical data for sizing new servers and components.

• Planning, development, deployment and ongoing execution of technical support activities for ICT users and Infrastructure Sustaining Services, both remotely and on-site, including guidance and clarification of doubts, receipt, logging, analysis, diagnosis and handling of client requests, problem resolution, service implementation, migrations and technology transfers, execution of periodic procedures, and control and updating of documentation aimed at supporting ICT infrastructure.

• Use observability tools to monitor metrics, logs and events that indicate the status of IT services; • Configure automatic alerts to quickly detect any anomalies or performance degradations in IT assets; • Investigate collected data to identify root causes of issues, bottlenecks or service failures; • Anticipate potential problems before they affect end users through predictive analysis and trend monitoring; • Recommend and implement improvements to infrastructure or applications to optimize service performance; • Document actions taken, analyses and improvements made to maintain a detailed history and facilitate future interventions; • Support initiatives aimed at increasing the availability, reliability and performance of IT services; • Collaborate with other IT infrastructure teams to ensure solutions align with observability and performance best practices; • Execute simulations and tests to ensure services can recover quickly from incidents or failures.
