We're looking for a detail‑driven Payroll Officer to join our Finance team in a fully remote capacity to help keep our people operations running smoothly. The successful applicant will be employed through our partner agency in the Philippines. What you'll be doing - Supporting accurate, end‑to‑end payroll processing such as terminations, salary changes, superannuation any payroll variations - Responding to staff payroll queries - Contributing to ensure we meet all statutory obligations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover - Processing new starters, terminations, salary changes and payroll variations - Maintaining payroll data and providing information to government and regulatory bodies - Assist with calculation and reconciliation of all leave entitlement data What you'll bring - Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry - Experience in Payroll - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism - Excellent time management and organisational skills - Confident communication across all levels of the business - Chris21 experience and strong Excel skills (desirable) What We Offer - Permanent work-from-home arrangement - Diverse role with exposure to a variety of projects and responsibilities - Full compliance with government-mandated benefits - Generous leave entitlements to support work-life balance Our Culture Fyfe values both our clients and our people. HR & Payroll Specialist with Turkish HR & Payroll Specialist performs all life-cycle payroll transactions and activities to ensure the processing of an accurate and timely payroll. Displays decision-making skills that support company and payroll policies.
