• Lead solution discovery and technical design architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and client implementations • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient Salesforce solutions • Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment from inception to successful project completion • Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects, working collaboratively alongside internal project teams and external clients • Mentor internal team members, contributing to technical standards, deployment best practices, and team growth • Oversee go-live readiness, ensuring seamless deployments and system adoption

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and delivery, preferably in a consulting or partner environment
  • 5+ years of proven success in client-facing roles such as Technical Lead or Senior Consultant
  • Proven experience delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects within agile delivery models
  • Strong track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines
  • Mandatory Certification: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
  • Additional Certifications: Must hold 2-3 of the following: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Advanced English proficiency

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technical architecture, and delivery execution. Operating above any single project stream, you will define the long-term platform strategy and govern how Salesforce integrates into the broader technology ecosystem (ERP, Data Warehouse, Middleware, etc.). You will serve as the "connective tissue" on multi-cloud programs, ensuring that individual workstreams align technically and from a data model perspective. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong consulting skills, focusing on problem-solving and leading technical projects within the Salesforce (and other) ecosystems.
