Merchandising Specialist, E-commerce
EX Squared LATAM
• Manage and execute merchandising decisions on our client's website, including promotions, product placement, and pricing strategies. • Optimize revenue, average order value (AOV), and profit margin through data-driven merchandising strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Partnerships) to align promotional efforts and revenue goals. • Assist in managing sports partnership programs, working with major league, minor league, and collegiate teams to drive brand engagement and sales. • Support affiliate and partnership initiatives, helping recruit and manage relationships with collegiate and professional athletes. • Track and analyze merchandising performance, using data to make informed recommendations for future optimizations. • Oversee the merchandising of new product launches and ensure seamless execution across digital platforms. • Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks on merchandising pages to maintain a high standard of accuracy and usability.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, E-Commerce, or revenue operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable merchandising strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing, Pricing, and Revenue Operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and merchandising tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
