• Oversee day-to-day Investor Relations operations, including investor reporting, inbound requests, servicing transfers, and ad hoc inquiries, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within established SLAs. • Lead and develop the IR team by setting expectations, monitoring performance, balancing workloads, and ensuring accountability to deadlines, quality standards, and investor requirements. • Own tracking and execution of all IR deliverables, including maintaining centralized trackers, managing reporting calendars, and ensuring all commitments across internal teams and third-party servicers are completed on time. • Serve as the primary point of coordination for investor requests and communications, partnering with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and other internal teams to gather information, resolve issues, and deliver timely, accurate responses. • Manage servicing transfer support and investor-related operational processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. • Monitor SLA performance, identify risks or delays, escalate issues as needed, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of IR operations. • Support the Sr. Manager of Investor Relations by preparing reporting summaries, status updates, and materials for internal leadership and investor discussions.
