What You’ll Do: Solution Architects at SailPoint embark on their journey by undergoing comprehensive product training. This initial phase allows them to harness their existing experience, paving the way for a profound understanding of our SaaS solutions. - Within a month or two, they begin serving as the technical leads on customer projects where they will employ their client and partner communication skills, as well as their industry knowledge, to share organizational best practices for SailPoint products and identity governance. - After their first six months, Solution Architects will have established themselves as both technical and consultative experts within the SailPoint Services organization - By the end of their first year they will have become a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and to less experienced team members. Responsibilities: - Gathering customers' business use cases and documenting product-based requirements with recommended solution designs - Educating customers and partners on high-level product architecture, functional design, and best practices - Assisting in the scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects - Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners - Helping implementation team members design creative solutions to complex problems. - Assisting with the actual technical delivery of the solution via written code or complex configuration - Use your development background to write custom work or review others code. Requirements: - 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; 3+ years of software implementation experience - Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration - Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners - Experience with the following tech-stack - NodeJS, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, React.js Preferred: - Experience with at least one of the following - SpringBoot, SpringMVC - XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers - Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms - Relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) - NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) - Directories (LDAP, AD) - Java, BeanShell, JavaScript Node.js - Enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow) - Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Front-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js) - Familiarity with SailPoint identity governance products or vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell a plus - Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts a plus - Experience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation) - Experience with quality assurance duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans) - Security software or IT audit experience Education: - Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience - J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus - SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus and is expected within 12 months of hire Travel: - This position may require up to 15% travel Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $105,600 - $177,944.00Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location. • Engage with our customer's business and technical resources to fully understand their project goals, objectives and success criteria as part of each project implementation engagement • Build workflows and automate tasks for customers leveraging a combination of scripting languages, JSON, and Vector’s internal tools • Setup and configure Vector according to customer's business and technical needs • Triage any deployment or integration issues quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed • Participate in and drive technical discovery sessions to deliver technical integration solutions for our customers • Hone your expertise on Vector deployments and be the point person to help guide product implementation feedback and learnings within Vector • Be a key player in coordinating project implementation plans, timelines, schedules and develop strategy around customer deliverables • Gather customer product feedback and communicate with product management and engineering to shape product roadmap development • Coordinate with internal Vector resources from Sales, Engineering, Product and Customer Success to ensure customer business and technical requirements are correctly understood and mapped to product capabilities and future roadmap investments • Be the voice of our customers’ technical needs and issues internally, across departments and work with product management to identify, drive and prioritize improvements in product offerings, processes, systems and tools

• You design intralogistics concepts that can be implemented efficiently and scaled to deliver real value to our customers. • Provide technical and process consulting to prospective and existing customers during early project clarification and concept phases. • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution concepts based on the SYNAOS IMP platform. • Create and present technical solution architectures, process models, and feasibility studies. • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed customer feedback directly into product development. • Support proof-of-concept phases and assist with proposal preparation and tender processes.
