• Engage with our customer's business and technical resources to fully understand their project goals, objectives and success criteria as part of each project implementation engagement • Build workflows and automate tasks for customers leveraging a combination of scripting languages, JSON, and Vector’s internal tools • Setup and configure Vector according to customer's business and technical needs • Triage any deployment or integration issues quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed • Participate in and drive technical discovery sessions to deliver technical integration solutions for our customers • Hone your expertise on Vector deployments and be the point person to help guide product implementation feedback and learnings within Vector • Be a key player in coordinating project implementation plans, timelines, schedules and develop strategy around customer deliverables • Gather customer product feedback and communicate with product management and engineering to shape product roadmap development • Coordinate with internal Vector resources from Sales, Engineering, Product and Customer Success to ensure customer business and technical requirements are correctly understood and mapped to product capabilities and future roadmap investments • Be the voice of our customers’ technical needs and issues internally, across departments and work with product management to identify, drive and prioritize improvements in product offerings, processes, systems and tools

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines. • Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture. • Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.

• You design intralogistics concepts that can be implemented efficiently and scaled to deliver real value to our customers. • Provide technical and process consulting to prospective and existing customers during early project clarification and concept phases. • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution concepts based on the SYNAOS IMP platform. • Create and present technical solution architectures, process models, and feasibility studies. • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed customer feedback directly into product development. • Support proof-of-concept phases and assist with proposal preparation and tender processes.

Role Description This role resides within the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Solutions Development Security team. The Technical Solutions Architect II – Network Security serves as an architectural authority for modern cybersecurity solutions, responsible for evaluating, designing, and guiding security architectures that support WWT’s integrated lab environments, learning content, and customer engagements. This role blends hands-on architecture design, strategic technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure architectural integrity across: - Network security - Zero Trust frameworks - EDR/XDR - NGFW - Cloud security - SecOps (SIEM/SOAR) domains The architect will partner closely with ATC engineers, domain architects, sales, services, and OEM partners (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike) to deliver scalable, real-world solutions aligned with enterprise security strategies. This position is central to Security Architecture Enablement—ensuring security is intentionally designed and integrated across environments, focusing on how technologies connect to form secure, resilient, and scalable platforms across network, endpoint, cloud, and operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, network security, or related roles - Strong expertise in: - Network security architecture (NGFW, segmentation, VPNs, IDS/IPS) - Zero Trust and SASE frameworks - EDR/XDR platforms and endpoint security - Hybrid and multi-cloud security architectures - Designing and integrating multi-vendor security solutions - Security frameworks (NIST, CIS, Zero Trust models) - SIEM/SOAR platforms and SecOps workflows - Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures - Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences Requirements Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $128,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
