Senior Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager

• Own delivery of individual customer integrations from kickoff through production go-live, coordinating Engineering, Customer Success, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders • Manage project execution including timeline, dependencies, risk mitigation (including HIPAA-aligned data handling), data validation, and go-live readiness • Drive customer enablement and post-launch stabilization to ensure successful activation, adoption, and that defined success criteria are achieved • Own and evolve Preveta’s integration operating model, establishing scalable processes, playbooks, and technical standards across all customer implementations • Align integration strategy with product, engineering, and revenue objectives, reducing time-to-live and increasing customer activation efficiency • Define and track integration performance metrics (cycle time, quality, activation, scalability), proactively identifying structural improvements to support growth • Provide clear, concise status updates to internal and external stakeholders at the right level of detail • Translate between technical and non-technical audiences with fluency • Escalate effectively—know when to ask for help and when to make a call • Build trusted relationships with customers, engineers, and leadership through reliable execution and clear communication
Job Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a closely related discipline
- Track record of leading customer-facing technical integrations or implementation programs end-to-end
- Experience in Healthtech SaaS, healthcare technology, or provider-facing solutions strongly preferred
- Experience establishing scalable operating models, playbooks, or technical standards for delivery
- Comfort operating in technical environments and engaging credibly with engineering teams and third-party vendors
- Structured, detail-oriented thinker who brings order to ambiguous situations
- Strong written and verbal communication—able to tailor the message to the audience
- Ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than authority
- Judgment to balance rigor with pragmatism in a small-team environment
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the pace of an early-stage company
- Self-directed and accountable—you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
- Experience in urology, oncology, or specialty provider workflows (differentiating experience)
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2), EHR integrations, or clinical data workflows (differentiating experience)
- Background implementing AI or data-intensive products into customer environments (differentiating experience)
- Experience at an early-stage startup where you had to build process from scratch (differentiating experience)
- Ability to assist in the design, development, and validation of SQL queries to produce customer-facing ROI reporting, translating operational data into clear, defensible performance metrics (differentiating experience)
- PMP, SAFe, or similar certification (nice to have, not required)
