Key Responsibilities: - Execute and deliver on the sales strategy within the Conveyancing sector, driving adoption of the PEXA platform. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within their given location, including law firms and CMS providers. - Work independently and as part of the national sales team to spearhead sales initiatives. - Implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration and customer success. - Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, presenting insights and strategic recommendations to their people leader. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to appropriate engage with market and marketing colleagues and to inform sales strategy. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven track record in a sales role within the Conveyancing, Legal, or PropTech sectors. - OR a Conveyancing Solicitor looking to transition into a sales role - Strong knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing processes in the UK. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience of working with technology platforms and driving digital adoption. - Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market. - Proven ability to manage stakeholders both within the organisation and outside of it. - Willingness to travel across a given geographical location as well as nationwide as required.
